I am Priyadharshni Eswaran , the Project Director of the 1st International Conference on Future-Ready Leadership and Resilience 2025 (ICOFL 2025). It is an incredible honor to lead this initiative, which serves as a stepping stone for students of the Faculty of Law and International Relations to embark on a new journey in academic discourse, leadership, and professional growth.
