The 1st International Conference on Future-Ready Leadership and Resilience 2025 (ICOFL 2025) is an exclusive one-day conference designed for university students, aiming to equip future leaders with the essential skills needed to navigate an ever-evolving world. As the first-ever international project under the Faculty of Law and International Relations Student Association (PMFUHA), this conference marks a significant milestone in PMFUHA’s commitment to academic excellence and global engagement. Hosted by PMFUHA, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA), and supported by the Ministry of Defense, ICOFL 2025 will take place on May 19, 2025, at the UniSZA Library Auditorium. The event will feature distinguished keynote speakers, industry experts, and academic leaders, providing invaluable insights into resilient and inclusive leadership. In addition to thought-provoking discussions and paper presentations, the conference will showcase exhibitions from government agencies, NGOs, corporate partners, and student organizations, offering participants the opportunity to explore leadership initiatives and career pathways.
